The Salvation Army received a recent donation of $5,000 from the Sebago Lake Rotary Club.
The Sebago Lake and Cumberland County ice fishing derbies are held annually each February to benefit local charities and have been managed and sponsored by the Sebago Lake Rotary Club in Windham, Maine since 2001.
The funds will support children and mothers in need in the greater Windham/Raymond area and will also provide assistance with sending children to The Salvation Army’s Camp Sebago in Standish, Maine.
